- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure a valid residential or business address is provided at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
Order Processing
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, items purchased, shipping method, and delivery address.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
As customs policies vary by country, we are unable to estimate these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties and taxes, the order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Any additional charges incurred for the return or re-delivery of the parcel will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout will be considered successfully delivered.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
